Bridal portraits Fort Fisher: Jamie

On April first I had the  pleasure to photograph one of my favorite brides of this years wedding season. Jamie (who was married on May 14th congrats!) choose Fort Fisher, NC as the location for our shoot. Fort Fisher is a place that I am quite fond of. Aside from being a battlefield during the Revolutionary war, it’s the only place along the NC coast that has a forest next to the beach.

We started the shoot with some runway walking, this is something I find helps to get brides to loosen up & laugh a little. Jamie looked absolutely stunning in here wedding gown ( www.fountainebridals.com) as she posed for various shots along the park. Below are a few on my favorite photos from the day.
